Help the Helper Weekend Retreat!

Our focus is on the helping professional and emphasizing the importance of self-care.

Participants will gain insight into compassion fatigue, burnout, and secondary trauma.  The retreat will focus on self- awareness, self-exploration and gaining balance in the participants’ life. 

Each participant will leave with a self-care tool kit individually tailored to use immediately at the conclusion of the retreat.
