About Us

Nikole Jiggetts, LCSW is "a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor and Certified Trauma Specialist. She is the President and owner of Replay Counseling Center, LLC. She is a graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Social Work, with an MSW in 2000.  Nikole has been working with children, adolescents and their families for over 18 years.  She is passionate about providing individuals with the opportunity to work through their difficulties and begin to start feeling better about their lives utilizing expressive therapies.
Nikole serves as a field instructor for the VCU School of Social Work.  She is also a trainer for the Chesapeake Beach Professional Seminars a provider for continuing education for Social Workers, Psychologists, and Counselors, and Play Therapists. Nikole has provided numerous training for mental health agencies to include Virginia Home for Boys and Girls, National Counseling Group, INC., Hampton Roads Community Services Board, the Richmond Chapter of the Virginia Society for Clinical Social Work as well as for the NASW Virginia Annual Conference.

Faith E. Harmon, LCSW is a licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her graduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University after completing the Advanced Standing Program. She has been working with children, adolescents, families and couples for over 10 years. Faith has extensive experience and training working with children who have been abused and neglected as well as foster and adoptive children. She has a special interest in trauma, attachment issues, parenting, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues and stress management. She draws on techniques from a variety of theories that fit the needs of her clients and aid in the healing process.

Jennifer Phillips, MS, LMFT, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working with families for over 15 years. Jennifer graduated from East Carolina University with Master Degrees in both Marriage and Family Therapy and Health Education. She is also a certified Mediator with the Virginia Supreme Court. Jennifer is available to provide either marriage and family therapy services or mediation services. 
*Please note, Jennifer cannot provide both mediation and therapy services to the same family or couple. If you are not certain which services best match your need, a consultation can be provided to determine which service is appropriate.

Deanna Johnson, Therapeutic Artist, is a professional artist and educator with over 25 years experience working with children and families.  She formed F.A.C.E.T.S. Of Hope in 2009.. F.A.C.E.T.S. ( Family and Child Expressive Therapy Service) serves as a resource in the community reaching out to families and children who are experiencing trauma or other crisis.   Deanna attended Virginia State University, where she studied a dual concentration of art and psychology. She later attended the International School of Ministry where she earned her Associate of Biblical Studies through Life Christian University.   
She has provided leadership and service to her community and has facilitated sessions for displaced women programs, children with emotional distress, and promoting healthy lifestyles. She has been the Program Director and Art teacher for several private schools and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and International Expressive Arts Therapy Association.

Chloe Arditi, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. She has certifications in The Nurtured Heart Approach: Transforming Challenging Behaviors, Increasing Well-Being in All, through Canicus College and in Promoting Resiliency in Girls, through the University at Buffalo. Chloe has experience working with clients of all ages, families, and couples, and strives to provide a positive and empowering therapeutic environment for her clients. She has a special interest in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, transitional issues, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and behavioral problems. 
Chloe uses various therapeutic modalities, and recognizes that therapy needs to be molded to fit the needs of each client.


Lisa Radke, LCSW,  is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her undergraduate and graduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is currently working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist and enjoys utilizing play as a therapeutic tool in her sessions. Lisa has experience working with children, adolescents, and their families; she is passionate about helping people find personal success and happiness in their life. She has a special interest in parenting, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, as well as anger management and opposition/defiance.
